As a kid I remember that putting the angel on the tree was a big deal and we all fought over who got to do it. So Andrew did it this year and Danny photographed. And they did fight over it so we are keeping the tradition alive.
I love this picture. I am not sure if it is clear but Andrew's face is so full of joy in it. He LOVED decorating the tree. I think he kind of remembers Christmas last year but this was the first year he "got it". He loved pulling all the ornaments out of the box and unwrapping them. He is still carrying some around the house all day and taking them on and off the tree.
Every year Adam hangs lights in the boys room. He surprised them with it and Andrew was so excited. He wants them on all the time.
Danny loved posing for pictures and taking pictures. Some of these were taken by him.

ps: right this minute Cam is upstairs coloring a "picture for Andrew". :-) He said he wanted to talk on the phone to "Mrs. Adam" and "Mr. Kristin" (I think he legitimately gets the Mr. and Mrs. thing mixed up!!!), so maybe I'll give you guys a call later.

Anyway, I love that pic with the natural lighting - so sweet! I miss real Christmas trees... I have a fake one though that looks like something from a fairy tale - it's getting decorated today... :D
Okay, decorating at your house went much better than mine. I think I was yelling at the kids the whole time for pulling to hard on the tree or taking ornaments off that were already on or BREAKING ornaments!
