A great day and so fun to see Danny so excited that it was "his day". Being 6 he really understood that it was his birthday and had been looking forward to it for so long (really since his 5th birthday:)
We are enjoying watching Danny grow and change. Despite our frustrations, he is an amazing kid, full of life and energy, with such a big heart and wise spirit. Danny, we love you and feel so lucky that God chose us to raise such a great kid like you. Life will never be boring with you around!:)
Danny has been asking for a bike with gears since last summer. Adam found the perfect bike- great size for Danny and has gears. We let Danny open all his gifts, then Adam told him to go get something to eat from the pantry. Inside was his bike.
I know it was Danny's birthday but for some reason I kept getting great shots of Andrew.
Friends stopped by to give Danny a birthday gift and got to get a ride on the new go cart. Which, by the way, we found out is really a dunebuggy.

Great b-day pics, Danny must have been so excited when he opened the pantry, what a great surprise.
It's amazing how kids can't wait til their next b-days and we don't want them to come so fast :)
